Free Days in Zadar & Rijeka, Croatia

Days 9 & 10 in Croatia

After our concert in Zadar, we all enjoyed a couple of free days to explore the city.

Many of us booked a tour at Plitvice Lakes National Park, the oldest and largest national park in the Republic of Croatia. The temperature was high, but the views were incredible! We were also able to enjoy a group excursion that took us to two different islands, where we could swim and hike, before heading back to our hotel for our final night in Zadar.

Day 11

On our 11th day, we headed to our final destination in Rijeka.

Once checking into our rooms, we discovered that the air conditioning could not keep up to the heat, with many rooms hovering around 33-35 degrees!
